Track your Delivery
You can place confidence in Miller Waldrop for efficient, courteous and professional delivery. We make every effort to deliver your new furniture as soon as possible as we know this is a very exciting time for you and your family.
Hobbs, Ruidoso and surrounding cities – We deliver in our own trucks within a 100 mile radius from both our locations weekly for a nominal fee.
Customer Pickups – If you wish to pick up your order from our warehouse or store, we will be happy to schedule this so we can help you load your vehicle. Please be advised that if prior arrangements have not been made we may not have the man power to assist you with your pick up and would not want to inconvenience you with having to return at another time..
Tips for a Great Delivery…
Measure, Measure, Measure
Measure your room to ensure the furniture will fit. Measure door openings to ensure the furniture will fit through. Take into account bulkheads and landings in stairways.
Advise Us of Any Obstacles
Let our coordinator know in advance of any obstacles such as loose gravel on the driveway, on-site construction, low hanging branches on driveways etc. Let us know in advance if there is restricted parking outside your home.
Clear the Delivery Area
Please remove artwork and other decor from walls in tight areas. Please have the room ready by removing existing furniture. We are sorry, but our team is not insured to move your belongings.
When you purchase a new mattress set from Miller Waldrop and/or the Mattress First store, we will haul off your old mattress set for free! However, because of the high expense and labor involved in disposing of used furniture, we cannot haul off your existing furniture or other items.
