In order to comply with state orders, we have closed our showrooms until further notice. Even though our doors are closed, we are still taking care of our customers in a limited way. Please see our FAQ below for more information.

Question:

I have furniture that is waiting to be delivered. Will I still get my delivery?

Answer:

Yes! We are going to continue to deliver furniture that has been purchased and our warehouses will be open by appointment for pick up. We are wearing protective gear to deliver furniture and our delivery personnel are adhering to strict sanitary guidelines.

Due to current regulations that require gatherings of no more than 5 people, we cannot provide in-home delivery to homes that occupy more than 3 people, as our delivery crew consists of 2 team members. If you have no way to accommodate this, we can provide you with a no contact delivery by leaving the furniture on your door step.

If you have specific questions or would like to arrange a “no contact” delivery, please give us a call or message us on our chat.


Question:

Can I still shop with Miller Waldrop during the "stay at home" order?

Answer:

Yes! We recognize that many of our customers rely on us for essential wellbeing products, such as power lift chairs, adjustable bases, and mattress. There are several ways to shop.

a. Send us a chat telling us what you're looking for! Our design experts will send you pictures and help you navigate our website to find the perfect furniture to suit your needs. The design experts can arrange payment and delivery with you from the comfort of your home.

b. Look at our website and create a list of all the items you want. Send us that list at info@millerwaldrop.com. We will help you checkout and arrange delivery.

c. Give us a call! We can help you over the phone.


Question:

Does your website have everything that you carry in your store?

Answer:

Our website has about 85% of our product. There are a few vendors and lines that are not available to view. If you're not seeing what you want, send us a message on our chat!

When will your showroom be open again?

Answer:

The current “stay at home” order is in effect through April 10th, 2020; however, we recognize this is an evolving situation with information changing every day. We will open the day the government tells us we can. Until then, we look forward to connecting with you virtually!
