Warehouse Pickups

NOTE: The customer must inspect all merchandise being picked up. Once the pick-up receipt is signed, acknowledging product has been received in good condition, Miller Waldrop is no longer responsible for damages that may occur. This includes damages during the transport or placement of that merchandise.

At the time of your scheduled pick-up, please bring your own tie downs and protective coverings for safe handling. We will load the furniture, but we are not insured to secure it.

Delivery Tips for A Great Delivery

Measure

Measure your room and door openings to ensure the furniture will fit. Take into account bulkheads and landings in stairways.

Clear Space

Please remove artwork and other decor from walls in tight areas. Have the room ready by removing existing furniture. Our team is not insured to move your belongings.

Obstacles

Let our coordinator know in advance of any obstacles such as loose gravel on the driveway, on-site construction, low hanging branches on driveways, etc. Let us know in advance if there is restricted parking outside your home.

Disposal Fees

When you purchase a new mattress set and purchase 5-STAR delivery from Miller Waldrop and/or Mattress First, we will haul off your old mattress set for free! Disposal of upholstery items is available with the purchase of like items from Miller Waldrop for a small fee.
